Two Quilts

Here's a couple of small quilts that my sister made. I mentioned that I had to get something for the Cabot Quilt Guild Auction this fall so she left these two. She said I could give one or both. I decided to donate the first one, 'Biking Through The Birches'.

The second quilt is called 'Mmmmm Chocolate' as it reminded her of the Aero Chocolate Bars. It's also an excellent use of just two fabrics! I rather like it! I just may be compelled to make one using some batiks! It all depends on time. At the moment, I'll use it for inspiration.

      The brown one, which reminds me of Aero Chocolate bars is my favorite. Maybe because I like chocolate.

      My sister uses her fabrics creatively! You should see her Curry Chicken Quilt. I'll try and get a photo of it to share.

    Two beautiful quilts! Two talented women! It would certainly be a difficult decision for me to determine which to part with.

      I'm a chocolate lover! That's why it's staying here for a bit! Besides, I'll use it as a pattern for one of my own (wink)!!
