Perfectly Pleasing Pincushion Parade!

Yesterday, I signed on to the Perfectly Pleasing Pincushion Parade! I posted my starfish pincushions. You've seen these before when I first designed and made them. One of the things I thought about is that each tentacle could hold a different type of needle.

I'm a bit late posting about this parade but I just discovered it yesterday.
Enjoy!

  1. I love your starfish pincushion. There were a lot of beautiful pincushions in the parade. Thanks for the link.

  2. What fun! Oddly enough I am contemplating making some pincushions for Christmas gifties. I was recently given a large jar of emery so I thought I just HAD to make some strawberries and that led to the thought of doing pincushions to accompany them.

    1. I like pincushions especially large ones as I can see them out the corner of my eye and can just make a stab at them with pins. Good luck with your pincushions.

  3. I just never have enough pin cushions. I keep each WIP in a project box and keep a pin cushion with needles I'm using in the box as well. I'm thinking I just might make a few new cusions. Your starfish is perfect because I too like to keep each size needle separated.

    1. I do the same thing with my projects. I also keep a small pair of scissors with them too.
