Icebergs


A couple of days ago, we went to Harry's Harbour to see the icebergs. What a sight! I put in a couple of shots of the large berg. Icebergs are fairly common during the month of June and sometimes into July. Tourists travel to the island during this time frame just to see these massive pieces of ice.

    I hate ice and snow, but these are definitely an impressive sight!

      Yes, they are very impressive. One year, we took a trip to the Northern Peninsula, and took a boat ride among them. That was quite an adventure.
