A few days ago, I was introduced to the Wooly Whale Project. Alexe Hanlon, textile student, College of the North Atlantic, is knitting a life-sized Minke Whale. That's right, life-sized. She has started a blog to record her progress. It is well worth your while to have a look at what she is doing.
I also found a few sites showing whales in quilts. I hope you find them inspiring too:
Thanks for stopping by my blog, nice to meet you also:)
