Rock Recipes

Today I'm reintroducing you to Rock Recipes, from Newfoundland. I posted about their Gingerbread Houses in 2011. This month they are celebrating their 5th Blog-iversary and today posted their 900th recipe -  Frozen White Chocolate Cream Puffs! There are a lot of people out there who just love Newfoundland cuisine from Fish Cakes to Figgy Duff. I hope you don't mind my diversion to cooking on this warm day in St. John's.

    food! after fabric, something I couldn't live without! Figgy Duff? hmmm, never heard of it, I will have to check that out, maybe I can make a NFLD food way over here in BC!

    I wondered what Figgy Duff was all about! Wouldn't it be soggy being boiled in water? Or maybe it's supposed to be. Whatever, it sounds yum, maybe especially so as my dinner is cooling on the table before we sit down to eat.

    have you got your power on since the storm? been seeing reports on the news of how hard St John's was hit and still areas without power... hope you and your family are okay!
