DH, w...Beautiful poppies - and forget-me-nots too. DH, who took care of our gardens, used to get so upset with them because they spread all over everywhere, but I loved them. Mostly, no doubt, because they are blue. My dad was fortunate in not having to go to the war because he was the only son on a farm and it was the norm for them to stay home and grow the food to support the war effort.
